Welcome, Strong Friends!
At the South Park Barbell Club, we’ve created a haven where women of all fitness levels can build strength, support each other, and have a blast. Here, we celebrate victories, embrace our quirks, and cheer each other on in the quest for strength—because life’s too short for boring workouts.
We gather three times a week for an hour of strength-based circuit workouts that mix cardio, stretching, and lots of laughter. Our sessions keep you on your toes with variety, but don’t worry—we keep fundamental exercises consistent so you can build strength while having fun.

How to Join
We currently have five membership spots available (updated 4/9/2025) - please send us a message if you’d like to learn more or join!
Investment
Members are expected to show up at least once a week, but at least two is recommended. Participants need to purchase a session package to book classes ($15/each).
