South Park Barbell Club, LLC (“SPBC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy of our members, prospective members, and website visitors. Please do not send medical records, detailed health information, Social Security numbers, financial account information, or other highly sensitive information through general website forms or ordinary email unless specifically instructed to do so through an appropriate method. Information provided in connection with fitness participation, membership administration, or liability waivers may be collected and handled separately from general website information. SPBC is a fitness business and is not representing through this Privacy Policy that general communications with SPBC are subject to HIPAA.
