Feeling a bit stiff? Need to recover from an epic workout (or binge-watching Netflix)? Join us for Yoga and Mobility to get back to feeling your best.

This class isn’t just about touching your toes (although, you’ll do that too). We combine playful movement with gentle stretches to help you stay limber and recover. This is for all fitness levels, regardless of how many times a week you train.

Come stretch, recover, and laugh with us - stretching doesn’t have to be serious to be effective!

How do I Join?

Yoga and Mobility classes have a limited number of spots available. Currently, Yoga and Mobility classes are available exclusively as an add-on to our core training packages.

Yoga and Mobility classes are currently taught by SPBC owner and lead coach, Jayne Harris Esposito (E-RYT 200).
