SPBC Open Group
A full-body strength workout designed to build muscle, improve conditioning, and keep you moving. Expect structured circuits using barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells.. This class is coached, scalable for all levels, and perfect if you want efficient training with a little intensity.
Applied Strength
This class focuses on progressing major compound lifts and accessory work with intention. Programming emphasizes proper technique, progressive overload, and individualized adjustments within a group setting. Ideal for lifters who want to get stronger, refine movement quality, and train with purpose beyond general fitness. Six months of SPBC open training is required to move into this group.
Powerlifting
The powerlifting team focuses on the squat, bench press, and deadlift. Sessions prioritize strength development, technical proficiency, and smart progression. Whether you’re new to powerlifting or preparing for competition, this class provides structured programming and expert coaching in a supportive environment. The powerlifting team is invitation only.
Yoga & Mobility
A restorative class designed to improve mobility, flexibility, and recovery. Sessions combine controlled movement and stretching to support joint health and reduce soreness from strength training. Great as a complement to your lifting routine - only available as an add-on class. Yoga and mobility classes are currently ad hoc - we are looking for a permanent instructor.
Gym Access
Open gym access for independent training during designated hours (5AM to 10PM). Train on your own schedule using our full range of equipment in a supportive, strength-focused environment. Best for experienced members who are comfortable lifting independently - only available as an add-on to classes. Add optional gym access to any class/training package for $45/month.
Quick Membership Summary (Please Read)
1) It’s monthly, auto-renewing. Your membership bills every month on the same date you signed up.
2) No contracts. Stay as long as you want—just cancel properly when you’re ready. Cancel with 7 days’ notice. You must send cancellation via jayne@southparkbarbell.com or through ABC Trainerize at least 7 days before your next billing date.
3) No refunds. Payments are non-refundable, including missed classes or late cancellations.
4) Memberships are structured around weekly attendance, not a bank of sessions. However, to account for variations in calendar length: Members enrolled in 1 class per week will see up to five (5) sessions available in a given month. Members enrolled in 2 classes per week will see up to ten (10) sessions available in a given month. This allocation is provided solely to ensure members have access to their full weekly attendance in longer months. Sessions do not roll over, accumulate, or convert into a class pack.
5) Late payments. If your payment is more than 7 days late, a 10% late fee is added and access may be paused until it’s paid.
6) No formal pauses. If you’ll be gone 2+ weeks, reach out ahead of time via jayne@southparkbarbell.com and we’ll try to work something out (case-by-case).
7) Adults only. You must be 18+ to participate.
8) Be a good human. We reserve the right to cancel memberships for behavior or policy violations.

Sliding Scale Payment
We offer a limited number of sliding scale payment options to help make training more accessible. Sliding scale pricing is based on individual circumstances and allows clients to pay within a set range rather than a fixed rate. Availability is limited, and all requests are handled confidentially to ensure fairness and sustainability for our coaches and community. Current members will be able to apply for sliding scale payment in March 2026; however, you can let me know you’re interested here.
